Refund and Return Policy

Returns

Magnalube, LLC. will accept returns for 30 days from the shipment date for a full refund. However, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and the materials must not be damaged.

Refunds

If requested, a full refund will be issued immediately, without question prior to the shipment of your goods.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason Magnalube, LLC. will issue you a full refund. A formal letter from the buyer must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods explaining why the buyer is unsatisfied with their order and send it to one of the following:
